Sadly, this is the second repair on my '18 Subaru Outback,. On the bright side, CR does great work. Nichole is super helpful in dealing with your insurance company and handles your car rental arrangements. My repaired car was detailed, filled with gas, and they even threw in some minor fixes that weren't part of the original claim.

Collision Restoration was very professional and timely. They did an excellent job. Its like my car was never hit at all. Overall they were quite amazing. They exceeded my expectation in every area. Great communication, customer service, and the personal connection was outstanding.

I brought my car in for (believe it or not) two separate incidents within days of each other. A deer hit and someone rear-ended me. Collision Restoration was fantastic— from my first phone call, they were attentive, eager-to-please and efficient. They did a fantastic job restoring my car back to its original perfection. Very trustworthy and reliable. Great people and great service!

Eddie and his excellent staff did a great job on my Corvette. I've been a loyal customer for the past 15 yrs and can honestly say they are the best around. I was always kept updated of my car's status either by phone or text. Nicole and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to work with and the work his shop puts out is outstanding. My car looks like it just came out of the showroom.

There's good. There's better. And then, there's Collision Restoration. If you need body or paint work, THESE ARE THE GUYS! It's very rare that I find a business as customer focused, friendly and knowledgeable as the gang here. Eddie, Nicole & Eric did an amazing job managing my repair saga. It was a colossal mess until they got involved! From the first phone call we had, I knew I was in good hands. The constant updates, photos, immediate responses, etc were greatly appreciated. And yet - as great as their customer service is (how often do you get a reply from a business email in 2 minutes or less?) - their work stands on its own. Our Buick Enclave ingested a deer at highway speed, and I thought for sure the vehicle was a goner. Lots of frontend damage, lots of sheet metal and mechanical damage, airbags were deployed, everything. But no way - the magicians at Collision Restoration put Humpty Dumpty back together again. It looks, drives, rides and feels like brand new! I've got a new body shop for life. They made the entire process with our insurance company easy. Shout out to Eric Veit who just took care of everything for me - from the insurance adjustments to the repair process, right to the pickup when all was done. Collision Restoration is nothing but professional through and through - honesty, communication and top shelf body work. What more could anyone ask for? I've never been more pleased!

My truck was in an accident and the team at Collision Restoration went above and beyond to repair it in a timely manner. They are extremely professional and make sure you are satisfied with all repairs when they are complete. They also detailed my truck beautifully, better than when I first bought it. I have gone to Collision Restoration twice for repairs on my car and I would never plan on going anywhere else. They are incredibly professional and worked to repair my car quickly and efficiently. I scuffed my sister's Volvo's fender flare on a gas pump guard pole. Even though it was a minor scrape I wanted to make sure to have a Volvo certified body shop repair it so I brought it to Collision Restoration. The gentleman who came out to quote the issue noticed that it only needed a quick buffing to remove the scuff and did it for me on the spot. He even refused payment when he could have easily charged me a couple hundred and I wouldn't have known any different. I'll definitely bring back any vehicle I need body work done on in the future.

Collision Restoration in Fairfield, NJ did an excellent job repairing our car after it was hit while parked two weeks ago. This is the best auto body I’ve ever experienced in terms of quality, service, and price. The owner, Eddie, his office staff and mechanics made this easy. They assisted us with our insurance and had a rental company pick us up at their shop. Throughout the process they kept us up to date through email. They are positive, experienced and professional . No attitudes or negativity. Although very busy, they treated us like the only car in the shop

We had such a good experience with Collision Restoration! Our car was brought here for extensive repairs after a pretty bad accident. They worked very closely with the insurance company to make sure we didn't incur additional fees. Their estimate was pretty accurate, in terms of cost and timing. They were extremely responsive and answered all my calls and questions. And most importantly, our car is as good as new!

10/10 would get into another accident just to bring my car back! Not really, but for what usually is stressful process, Collision Restoration made the process as stress-free as possible. They coordinated my rental vehicle and dealt with the insurance company. My car was returned as clean as the day I bought it. John provided me two (2) estimates the same day I stopped in for them and Nicole was very helpful throughout the two (2) weeks my vehicle was there.

I was referred to Collision Restoration when my 2 month old Hyundai Tucson was side swiped in a parking lot. I’m glad I made the choice for them to repair my car. Nicole made the process easy and stress free. Picked up my car today and they did a beautiful job and the car was detailed.. looks brand new! A few weeks ago i got into an accident and chose this place to repair my car. It was so worth the wait, they did such an amazing job with my car and it looks, feels, and even smells brand new. I just picked my car up today and i love it so much, it’s just like when i first got the car. They kept me updated with the repairs throughout the few weeks and all the employees were so kind and welcoming. I’d very much recommend this place. If i could give more than 5 stars i would.

I doubt there is a better place than this to bring your vehicle to. You'll see many reviews complimenting the staff. I concur. Friendly, knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with. They will work with you to get the most done with whatever financial option you have. In other words, no price gouging here! This is not just body work, but mechanical as well, all under one roof. It's obvious that they take pride in their work here. They go above & beyond. I hope I never need to use them again but they will always be my first, top choice going forward. Should be yours as well.

I can't say anything else other than this company is absolutely amazing! They provide outstanding customer service and really explain he process. We were never confused or uncertain of where we were in the process or what our next steps were going to be. Its super convenient that they also have a Hertz in there parking lot if you need it! They have excellent customer service and everyone I dealt with there was so friendly and nice, they really accommodated us during their busy season. The car came our BRAND NEW! Highly recommend them to anyone debating on where to go for body work!

I recently had a my car repaired at Collision Restoration. I couldn't have been more pleased and impressed with the shop. I dealt with Nicole and she made the entire process seamless. When I picked up the car, I was surprised to find the car washed and detailed. I can't recommend Collision Restoration enough. They are a first class operation.

We received excellent service from Collision Restoration. The staff explained the repair process very clearly. My wife received updates via text messages. The work was done very quickly and with quality. At pickup, the crew left some materials behind and the staff apologized and took the extra time to explain the repairs and go over everything. We were very concerned because the car is brand new and under lease. Highly recommend this shop. A+ service.
